Massillon’s Kempt reportedly adds West Virginia offer

Massillon junior quarterback Kyle Kempt has reportedly added an offer from West Virginia, according to ScoutingOhio.com.

Kempt, who is 6 feet 5 and 195 pounds, also has offers from Toledo and Tennessee.
